Cancellations

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Return Policy.

Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)

• You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• You may cancel within 7 days of receiving goods.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

• Hygiene Exception: Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective Products: Report within 48 hours with photos.
• We will arrange replacement or full refund at our expense.
